While most people recognise that they need to take responsibility for achieving sustained high performance, they don't always know how to best position themselves for success. In this course, you will be exposed to a brain-based approach to self-accountability. You will discover the science that underpins motivation to perform at work and practice practical tools/techniques to enhance your performance. Specifically, in this course, you will:
- Apply brain-based methods for enhancing self-discipline/accountability to achieve both work and personal goals,
- Identify personal strengths and resources that contribute to high performance and personal accountability,
- Identify personal vulnerabilities and obstacles to meeting your goals and consider strategies to keep you from missing out on achieving your best,
- Develop and integrate a personalised plan for self-driven personal accountability.
A strong desire to take charge of your own performance at work and a willingness to put in the effort to achieve your goals.
